Because she cannot speak, Ammulu, a young girl, is ridiculed by her father, Seenah. Ankit is deeply in love with Ammulu because of his good character and gentle nature. Mother Nandini does not want her son Ankit to marry as she does not accept his disability. After a series of incidents, Ammulu and Ankit get married.
