KL Rahul is a popular Indian cricket team star opener batsman and his full name is Kannur Lokesh Rahul. Rahul has further represented teams like Punjab Kings and Lucknow Super Giants in the Indian Premium League. He was born on 18 April 1992 in Mangalore, Karnataka. The cricketer did his primary stable from NITK English Medium School which is situated in Mangalore. He completed his pre-graduation from St. Aloysius College, Mangalore.
He later moved to Bangalore for his further education where he obtained his Bachelor of Commerce degree from Jain University. Earlier he made his top-flight debut for Karnataka in the 2010–11 season and tagged up to India in the ICC Under-19 Cricket World Cup around the same time. Since then Rahul has also drawn into the deliberations of the IPL organization from his retrospective plan and in 2013 the IPL team Royal Challengers Bangalore bought him for one crore and recalled him for their team. In the 2013–14 domestic season, he scored 1033 first-class runs, the second highest finish in a season in the entire existence of domestic cricket.
