Chakki trailer follows Vijay (Rahul Bhat), a simpleton who is running his flour mill business comfortably and leading a happy love life with his family and girlfriend. Played by Priya Bapat. His life was all set before one day a huge electricity bill arrived.

Chakki is an upcoming Hindi-language Bollywood drama film based on electricity bill, directed and written by Satish Munda and Ashwin Varman. He is popular for Drishti, Danish, Cookies, Jamtara: Sabka Number Aayega and Official CEO Giri. Bharat Ninderwal and Mohit Panchbhai are financing the film Chakki under the banner of Zee Music Company. Both of them are starting their career as a financier through this film. The movie was announced by the movie makers last year and its principal photography was completed within a month in 2022 in Mumbai.

Vijay keeps on making his main efforts to get his meter checked and repaired or replaced but he gets trapped in the corrupt and fraudulent system every time. Rahul Bhat made his debut in the Hindi film industry in 2002 with the film “Yeh Mohabbat Hai”, but it was not before his role in the 2013 film “Ugly”, directed by Anurag Kashyap, that he gained widespread recognition.
