She started shooting for many trending, print and TV as a model. 2 years into modeling, she got in touch with renowned model maker Maureen Wadia who runs Gladrags Career Academy, Mumbai. Maureen Wadia seeks out Aanchal to do a Bombay Dyeing commercial. She also introduced Aanchal to a modeling competition organized by Gladrags and realized that Aanchal was a future contestant.
